Rob has worked in a number of businesses including Scottish and Newcastle where he held senior sales roles. He joined Adnams as Sales and Marketing Director and progressed to Commercial Director. He bought Nethergate Brewery before selling it and establishing Top5. Rob has relationships with the Supermarkets and some of the bigger pub retailers. He is the main point of contact for all Top5 clients.

Rupert has worked for Bass PLC and Guinness, including time in Italy running its Irish Pub Business. He was Sales & Marketing Director at The Wine Society and then took over Adnams Wines and became Retail Director looking after Wine, Pubs and Hotels. He was then Managing Director at Woodforde’s in Norfolk, followed by a brief stint managing Provenance Inns in Yorkshire. He looks after Key accounts across the north and London for Top5.

Having practised as a lawyer for a number of years, Becky uses her attention to detail to oversee all logistical and operational activity for the business. The team offer warehousing, re-pack, international/export movements including all regulatory paperwork and cross border documentation. Having previously worked for Mars, Scottish and Newcastle and Boots, Becky implements blue chip standards within the business.

Over 20 years experience with both leading independent brewers and Greenalls. Pip has developed many strong relationships with both national and independent wholesalers across the country. Experienced in selling established and young beer and spirit brands, creating listings and supporting pull through from wholesalers.

I am a results driven, commercially focused sales and business development manager with over 20 years’ experience in a variety of sectors, including luxury and high end brands.   A quality focused and pragmatic team player, I have a real passion for relationship building, combined with a demonstrable track record of increasing sales and raising brand awareness.  A confident communicator, I enjoy being in front of stakeholders, clients and partners and producing creative ideas for additional revenue generating opportunities.   I thrive in challenging, fluid environments where I can operate at pace and innovate while maintaining energy and enthusiasm.  I achieve goals through confident organisation, tenacity and communication coupled with a dynamic and practical approach, plus a great contacts book! 

Marcus serves as our Client Director, bringing an extensive 15-year background in the drinks industry. His skill set includes product and business development, as well as designing and executing sales strategies; skills he honed both during his 5-year position as a National Sales and Account Manager for an international brewery in Spain, and from his entrepreneurial journey of founding his own craft brewery in 2017. His venture was successful in securing listings across the North West and in national, on-trade groups. Marcus applies his variety of industry knowledge and professional acumen to ensure that our clients receive the best results from the Top5 team.
